We’d like to book Bath Function Rooms for a week long block for our event is this possible?
Yes. Our venue is regularly used by businesses for week long corporate events. Please speak to our Event Manager about availability and rates.
Can we book the Bath Function Rooms for a regularly occurring event for our business?
Yes, this is possible. Please speak to our Event Manager to discuss the options and pricing for regular event hire in Bath.
Where are the Bath Function Rooms?
We’re a 2 minute taxi or an 8 minute walk from Bath Spa Railway Station and Bath Bus Station.
What is the maximum number of people Bath Function Rooms can hold?
This depends on your event. If you are eating we offer informal buffet dining for up to 140 guests. For more formal sit down dining we can seat a maximum of 120 guests.
For conference hire, businesses seminars and corporate events that are less food orientated we can welcome up to 150 delegates.
What is the minimum number of people Bath Function Rooms takes bookings for?
Our smaller room is ideal for interviews, AGMs, or assessments. We suggest a maximum of 12 people although we recommend the room for groups of 2 - 10 for the space to feel comfortable.
For hire of the main function room we suggest a minimum of 40 guests. However, please speak to our Event Manager to discuss your requirement and budget should you have fewer people but would like to hire our event space.
Does the Bath Function Rooms venue have parking available?
No. Sainsbury's car park allows parking for 90 minutes, and there are several car parks nearby within five to ten minutes walk.
Does the Bath Function Rooms venue have a smoking area?
The front of Bath Function Rooms outside the Green Park Brasserie is our suggested smoking area. We have a terrace outside the Brasserie which is popular with drinkers and casual diners - particularly in the summer months.
Can we hire the Bath Function Rooms and Green Park Brasserie together? How many people can both hold?
We regularly hire out both venues for larger groups and also for weddings. Having two very different spaces becomes very useful when it comes to breaking up the day and changing the environment for your guests. This is particularly useful for large corporate groups who may wish to hold their the formal business event in the Bath Function Rooms before coming downstairs to Green Park Brasserie for an informal end of event drinks and/or dinner.
The Brasserie can hold up to 150 inside while we also have our covered outdoor space in Green Park Station, where our other business Bath Pizza Co is based. The front terrace is also popular for summer events with seating. For standing, more informal events the combined number for all four spaces is approx 350 people.

Does your venue offer lift access?
Unfortunately Bath Function Rooms is a listed building so there is no lift in the building. Therefore we cannot offer disabled access.
Can we bring in an outside caterer or our own food and drink to your venue?

Can we decorate the venue for our event?
Of course! Please discuss with our Event Manager in advance so we can ensure you have suitable access to our venue to set up.
